Ingredients
- Asparagus
- Sweet Peppers
- 2 heads of Broccolis
- ¾ lbs of baby red potatoes (~8 potatoes)
- 3 large portobello caps
- 1 onion
- 1 tomatoes
- 2 fish filets*
- ½ tbsp of ToutEpis Infused oil
- ½ tbsp of Olive Oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400° F
- Drizzle ½ tsp of Konfi Piman Oil on the mushroom. Rub thoroughly, sprinkle salt and pepper
- Place in a baking dish one their belly
- Cut potatoes, tomatoes, onions, sweet peppers in cube and put on sheet pan
- Clean broccoli and asparagus. Place on sheet pan
- Towel dry fish. Place on a sheet pan. Drizzle Konfi Piman on both. Generously salt and pepper
- Drizzle olive oil on vegetables (except mushrooms). Add salt and pepper to taste
- Cook in the over for 30 minutes
