Ingredients
- 2 lbs Pork Shoulder
- Dry seasoning (garlic, ginger, cloves, salt, pepper)
- Konfi Piman
- Mustard
- Olive oil
- Slider buns
- Coleslaw
Instructions
- Rub with spices
- Cook uncovered for 2 hrs at 300F
- Cook in dutch oven for 2 hrs
- Brush with sauce cook another 45 mins
- Shred pork.
- Serve with bun and coleslaw
